Duties:

Engineering focusing commissioning on Mobile Hall in Beijing

Lead and develop target Standard Excavator projects to meet sales targets and quantities. Ensure proper handling of DC products by OEM.

Coordinate with China service organization of the business units Mobile Applications, Engineering, Application and sales to develop Standard excavators for the China market.

Be good at documentation and process management; Offer a complete system template for market promotion in China;

Establish the suitable Standard of Chinese Market so as to support Commissioning Team;

Strengthening knowledge and competition of Local Commissioning and Keep DC Excavator application. Continually take leading role in Chinese Market, even in global market.

Qualifications:

University graduate in Engineering, hydraulic, fluid driver and control, mechanical engineering, mechantronics background of advantage. Their background is Excavator company's Engineers cause they can judge good points or bad points regarding project excavator.

Be familiar with Mobile Standard Excavator applications, Specialized knowledge in hydraulic parts or Electrical parts of advantage. Commissioning and optimization experience required. Can operate Standard Excavator is a plus;

Be familiar with market requirement and optimization processes, launch management, problem solving and customer training. Know well optimization management, key performance indicators to control and plan from project initiation to stable series production.

High level leadership skills leading and develop non direct team members.

Good communication and presentation skills English: excellent listening and oral speaking.
