Job Title: Project Management Manager - ITS
Location: Beijing
Report to: ITS Director
Subordinates: Around 20
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Leading ITS PM team in Data Center project execution for growing solution business and profitability;
OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work closely with Sales BU, PEC Tender and Engineer team in project execution, to ensure smooth and timely project delivery with good customer satisfaction;
2. Fulfill yearly shared business target in terms of sales, margin and A/R by closing cooperation with related sales BU;
3. Developing team competence, as well as project execution capability to improve efficiency;
4. Deploying and Optimizing Quality management system to ensuring risk elimination, EHS and customer satisfaction;

Directly report to PEC IT Solutions Director
