Responsibilities:
1.Managing marketing and delegate sales budget plan and providing monthly delegate revenue and marketing expense forecasts.
2.Conducting phone call sales for conferences and events and achieving personal revenue and team sales targets.
3.Conducting leads research and confirming attandees to events;growing customer base by generating new leads.
4.Maintaining and developing new data gathering,data management and campaign tracking processes to improve the efficiency of the marketing and sales operation.
5.Implement comprehensive marketing plans for events including detailed direct mail,email,working with marketing counterparts website optimisation etc for each conference to reach the target delegate numbers and revenues,where necessary.
6.Creating and maintaining compelling event websites,online conference registrations;analysing website user activity reports on a regular basis.
7.Working closely with production,telesales,logistics and project teams to deliver successful events.


Qualifiction:
1.Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline;
2.Min 5 years events marketing experience;
3.Strong & proven background in event marketing,telesales,customer acquisition and retention in B2B professional services;
4.Excellent time maagement skills,managing multiple projects simullaneously and providing clear communication of timelines and expectations to learn members.
5.Excellent database management skills,effective team player.
6.Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
