职位描述
Position: Sourcing Director
Report to: Managing Director (German)
Subordinate: 10
Responsibilities:
Strategic and operative procurement of materials, machinery and services for the plant with regards to optimum timing, quantity, most economical price and, in case of goods that are relevant to different plants, coordination with appropriate sector within central purchasing unit
Optimal disposition of goods and services
Guidance of employees at the plant
Requirements:
Completion of higher commercial or technical education,
Several years of experience in management position in purchasing department of related industry
Possibly good contacts and (market) knowledge of regional supply industry
Fluent written and oral English
IT skills: MS Office package (Word, Excel, possibly Access)
Excellent negotiation skills
Inter-disciplinary thinking and acting
Good communication skills
