职位描述

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Technical customer service: to handle technical question, trouble shooting, organize & participate technical discussions/ seminar with customers, support product sampling and trials in Greater China. Write trial reports and co-ordinate with regional and global partners.
2. Evaluate and Set up partner molders concept for Chinese Owned OEM/OBM.
3. Contribute to optimized packaging solution with design consultants for major Chinese Owned domestic OEM/OBM.
4. New Business Development: co-ordinate all business activities related to Specialty Particle Foams (E-por, E-TPU, EPP) domestic business in Greater China to achieve target growth plan.
5. Securing and expanding business in mid-long term: to be active in market development, to execute Greater China strategies and implementation for Chinese owned OEM/OBM.
6. Project Management: to initiate & identify of potential project/ new applications and manage project till commercialization for Chinese owned OEM/OBMs.
7. Market Intelligence: to monitor competition and market situation/ trend, periodically to conduct and update market survey.
8. Greater China Co-ordination: to coordinate all technical issues (technical solution to all Greater China customers), project development, key account management and innovation workshop for Chinese owned OEM/OBMs.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: Diploma, Graduate in Science/ Engineering (preferable)
2. Experience: 5-10 years in packaging Industries, servicing the electrical and electronic industries
3. Good experience in EPS/EPP molding environment
4. Independent with ability to multi-task, and work under minimum supervision.
5. Innovative and resourceful in creating new ideas in applications and approach to value chain
6. Mentoring and coaching others

主要负责E-por(粒子塑料泡沫)的华东+华北区域的销售以及大中华区的技术支持工作
主要面对消费电子及工业电子行业客户,B2B销售模式
有EPS(可发性聚苯乙烯)或者EPP(聚丙烯)的销售经验最适合,或者有消费电子及工业电子上游供应商的销售经验,技术转销售的也可以考虑。
英语要流利,经常开国际会议
