职位描述

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for job assignment within the department, coordination of tasks, overall coaching and guiding to fulfill all tasks and responsibilities assigned to SQM department.
2.Responsible for personnel development, PMP, definition of goals & targets, training and load planning of department staff.
3.Ensure overall quality of the work within the department and compliance all specifications including schedule
4.Ensure complete implementation and adherence to EHS requirements of department staff. Ensure implementation of all Siemens processes and guidelines within the department, including requirements from procurement and QM
5.Prepare Quality Control Plan according order requirements and assure quality control for all purchased parts and materials.
6.Ensure inspections of supplier's equipment and materials as required on Quality 7.Control Plan and Project Quality Plan will meet customer satisfaction of quality. 8.Arrange for staffing of assembly test for equipment function test at supplier's site.
9.Ensure implementation of Siemens's quality standards and adherence to equipment/ material specifications as well as optimization of processing at the supplier's site for the orders and subcontracted goods in a cost and time efficient way
10.Monitor the manufaturing process in the supplier factory as well as the production progress of supplier
Prepare and submit Quality Inspection Reports on time to inform project supervisor of the project and inspection status.
11.Effectively control delivery schedules, nonconformities and release certificates to be 100% sure that products and materials are delivered with good quality and on time per customer's requirement (internal & external).
12.Ensure availability and proper filing of documents and fulfilment of all standards for successful completion and passing of audits
13.Support procurement department in the annual evaluation of suppliers by participating in supplier audits. Maintain and update Supplier Capability Matrix in support of purchasing department.
14.Execute the other task arranged by the P&L manager and/ or CFO.

Qualitifications:
1.minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in various QA functions as well as cross-functional experience
2.Have experience for mechanic inspection of heavy equipment machining
3.Professional expertise in Quality Management
4.Technical knowledge and knowledge of the metal industry
5.Knowledge of relevant regulation and procedure for QA, EHS and industry standards
6.Negotiation and communication skills
7.English Language Skills in writing & orally
8.Strong team building skills
9.Good time management and service awareness
10.Good computer skills of MS Word, Excel, PPT and email.
11.Must understand engineering drawings incl.machining symbols, welding symbols, surface preparation and QC requirements.
12.Have knowledge of machining methods and processes;Be able to control welding quality and understand WPS.
13.Be good at dimension check including geometric dimension check and using measuring equipments like micrometer, roughness tester,paint thickness tester...etc.
