Position: Marcom Manager -World Famous Faucet Company
Report to: Marketing Director
Subordinate: 0
Location: Shanghai
Principal Accountabilities
？ Build the brand to top5 faucet brand in China with increasing KPIs, such as brand awareness, brand preference and market share
？ Responsible for annual marketing communication planning and well execution within budget
？ Responsible for annual marketing budget allocation and tracking, to ensure spending effectiveness
？ Co-work with agencies to develop high quality communication materials to build brand and engage consumers.
？ Develop BTL and ATL related sales tools and POSM material, and tracking effectiveness
？ People development to build a high performance team.
Nature & Scope
？ Manage all the communication message, material and channels effectively within budget
Key Qualifications
？ A team player with a bachelor degree in Marketing or Communication, a MBA qualification preferred
？ At least 6 years of brand communication management experience preferably in sanitary industry.
？ Strong advertising and promotion event marketing background
？ Creative with high initiative and a unorthodox person
？ Able to multi task and adaptive
？ Good spoken and written English
？ Strong and presentable personality
？ Skillful communicator with excellent presentation skill.
