Position: Product Manager-World Famous Faucet Company
Report to: Senior category manager
Subordinate: 0
Location: Shanghai

Purpose:
? To manage the Kitchen or bath products portfolio effectively.

Principal Accountabilities:
? Manage the product portfolio of Kitchen or bath category.
? Responsible for sales and margin performance of Kitchen or bath products.


Nature & Scope:
? Develop Kitchen or bath category product strategy and new product plan for China market.
? Align with global and international product strategy and roadmap.
? Align with Kitchen or bath category product management.
? Collect and analyze competitors' product information on a regular basis.
? Prepare business analysis of proposed new products for Kitchen or bath category.
? Pricing and launch of Kitchen or bath category new products.
? Initiate and track national sales promotions.
? Manage product assortment for different channels.
? Support marketing communications and trade marketing team on advertising and promotion programs.
? Support product knowledge training and seminars.
? Other product marketing activities for Kitchen or bath category.

Key Qualifications
? Minimum 5 years national marketing experiences with 4 years at product marketing position, with proven performance.
? Initiative and strong ownership.
? Fluent speaking and written English.
? Strong coordination and cross-functional cooperation.
? Good presenting skills with presentable personality.
? Strong marketing sense, insight of consumer behavior and attitude.

Better Qualifications
? Knowledge of plumbing/ sanitary ware market and industry.
