Job Summary
Support warehouse manager or Site manager to manage 3PL Warehouse operation performance and ensure high quality with standard process and control ; maintain high customer satisfaction through operation excellence and timely response to customer quest , for business of warehouse operation and delivery .
Key Responsibility
1)Set up and update efficient SOP for 3PL operation and security plan based on customer requirements or needs
2)Monitor 3PL performance meet or above defined KPIs through meetings/reports; investigate failure with deep root cause
study and effective action plan implementation
3)Manage 3PL Warehouse layout , facility , equipment , space adaptable to customer and industry need
4)Conduct necessary and regular inventory counting and security execution , to achieve or exceed accuracy and security request
5)Well train 3PL and internal members for process and procedure , ensure high standardization and compliance ; well organize
team shift and on duty plan
6)Maintain customer satisfaction through above operation excellence and timely response to customer request with high quality
Qualifications
1) Bachelor Degree oor above
2) At least 5 years above experience in Logistics industry, 3 years above experience in Supervise role, experience in a
multicultural environment is preferred
3) Mandarin native, English fluency preferred but not mandatory
4) Skilled warehouse ground operation management
5)High responsible for assigned tasks
6)Effective verbal and written communication
7)Well organized and can independently work
8)Customer oriented
