职位描述

职责：
? Prioritise and processes all enquiries and fault calls from the customers in China
? Responsible for first level diagnosis of reported faults.
? Responsible for call logging and ascertaining initial data.
? Ensure the data and faults reported by customers are recorded in SAP.
? Provides information for assignment of service engineers to tasks in SAP.
? Uses all available resources to find solutions.
? Perform survey on customers satisfaction and service quality.
? Provides feedback on product quality and design issues. Works closely with all departments and other customer support personnel.
? Responsible for updating information databases.
? Raise necessary paperwork to progress.
? Provides secondary support for servicing, application, when necessary.
? To provide Help Desk support to other Asian countries as required.
任职条件：
1.本科学历，理工科专业，电子或者物理专业优先
2.良好的英语听说读写能力
3.仪器仪表行业工作经验者优先考虑
4.有客服经验者优先
