-business partner to provide HR total solutions in line with HR strategy and business needs, including organization design/effectiveness and efficiency enhancement, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, talent management, employee relations
-Work closely with business leaders to continuously improve employee engagement.
-Support business leaders on culture build-up and provide consultancy to business leaders
-Per the business needs and internal customers' needs, provide efficient and effective HR services
-Ensure HR practice is in line with HR process and internal regulations, as well as labor law and regulations, proactively give feedback to Home Office HR Centers of Excellence and participate in HR projects
-Other tasks assigned by line manager

-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management, or related field
-Passion and energetic
-Demonstrate substantial business acumen with clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between HR and business strategy (distribution channel and general management)
-Exhibit capability to identify innovative ways for HR to support the business strategy
-Achieve significant knowledge of HR policies and processes (e.g., labor law, talent management)
-Builds Relationships/Works Collaboratively (Teamwork/ Collaboration) - Excels at building partnerships and fostering teamwork
-Communicates Effectively – Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills; shares information and encourages candid and open dialogue; demonstrate ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
-Produces Results – Demonstrate ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy; directs actions toward achieving goals that are critical to success
