Responsibilities:
1Be responsible for providing structured methodologies for Business Unite/Business Lines'growth through innovations.
2Provide innovation portfolio and pipeline analysis
3Tailor innovation strategies through innovation search fields evaluation
4Define the project objectives together with the company's senior managements
5Structure the project approach, gather external market and technology information, synthesize findings, develop recommendations for the company's management and present results to middle and senior managements
6Supports the company in the development and implementation of successful innovation management competences to secure sustainable profitable growth for business targets.
Requirements:
1Master degree major in chemistry, materials, physics, mathematics, PhD is a plus
2At least 3 years working experience in chemical industry or consulting firm or research institutes.
3Fluent in English, German is a plus.
4Ability to identify the linkage between market trends and technology trends
5Strong analytical, managerial and scientific thinking skills
6Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
7Market intelligence practices and new product launch experiences.
8Industry insights, understanding of both market trends and technology trends
