Position Summary

1)Develop Industry Service business in Central Region of the company

2)Achieve the sales targets defined by the reporting manager




Job Responsibilities:

1)Develop the certification and inspection business in accordance with the strategy defined by Department, which includes lift, escalator, crane, Energy efficiency, Civil & Construction Engineering etc.

2)Promote TUV SUD,s service, keep current service, identify target customers, negotiate and win projects, grow the business (both revenue and profit), customer service during delivery of service.

3)Analyze LCC market needs, customers' expectations and competition, secure business opportunities and prepare expansion of service scope;

4)Monitor competition from the following perspectives, it includes: emergence of new competitors (their strengths, weaknesses), new services offered by existing competitors, the expansion of competitors such as alliances, joint ventures, partnerships, new offices;

5)Achieve the sales targets defined by BU and Sales Manager;





Job Requirements:



1)BS Degree or above in a related field, such as mechanical, engineering, civil or energy evaluation related etc;

2)Well knowing about lifts and crane or energy efficiency & civil related marketing, at least 3 years working experience of business development, sales or project management. The experience about lift & crane or civil engineering technology would be a plus;

3)Strong interpersonal skills: persuasion, communication, ability to navigate in complex organizational environments,

4)Self motivated, positive attitude, be able to work in a self-directed manner;

5)Fluent communication in Chinese and good command of English in speaking, reading, writing, translation, German speaking will be a plus.
