Responsibilities：
? Accounts Receivable cash application for different types of customer payment methods
? Notes Receivable - Trade customer management (UBD)
? Account Reconciliation Ar, Rebate, Accruals for sales accounts, local Invoices & SAP invoices reconciliation
? Customer Sales invoicing, Sales adjustments (Create, Send invoice work process) and Revenue recognition process
? (domestic, export, interarea, intra-area, samples/trail, consignment different type of sales)
? Miscellaneous Invoicing (trade and intercompany)
? Intercompany pricing and adjustment
? Subsequent compensation program accounting
? Sales Account Support and Reporting
? Monthly and quarterly closing following the global closing schedule
? Understand tax VAT, freight, insurance, interco discount, discount, rebate accruals impacts on Invoicing
? VAT automation process (SAP --> NC --> SAP)
? Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
? Minimum bachelor, preferably in Accounting or Good understanding of Accounting
? Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting area
? Familiar with Revenue Recognition accounting treatment and Accounts Receivable work process
? Familiar with SAP
? Proficiency in Excel is expected, Business Object queries knowledge is beneficial
? Understand principles of internal control and SOX compliance
? knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
? Working experience in foreign company is a plus
? A qualified accountant with CPA is preferred
