JOB RESPONSIBILITES
? Assist Maintenance supervisor (E&I) building up maintenance team and inline with site vision.
协助电仪维修主管组建维修团队，实现工厂的目标。
? During project phase, support project team in equipment construction, commissioning job, for example, construction quality inspection, vendor workshop inspection.
在项目施工阶段，协助项目团队完成设备安装，试车的工作。如设备安装质量的检查，设备制造商厂内验收。
? During project phase, support E&I supervisor complete the D1R plan.
在项目阶段，协助电仪主管完成D1R的计划任务。
? During plant normal operation phase, complete plant day to day repair maintenance job assigned by SAP work order.
在工厂正常运行阶段，依照SAP工单的安排，完成每天设备维护维修的工作。
? During plant shutdown period, complete plant TA maintenance job as plan.
工厂停工阶段，按照停工检修计划完成大修工作。
? Train and coach junior peers and contractors, improve their professional knowledge and skill.
培训和指导年轻同事和承包商，提高他们的专业知识和技能。
? Support maintenance supervisor manage maintenance workshop, ensure all the facilities & tools in workshop are keeping in good condition and ready to be used, same as warehouse house keeping.
协助机械维修主管管理维修间，保证维修间内的设备和工具完好备用，做好维修间内的清洁卫生工作。
? Complete the job assigned by supervisor.
完成主管安排的其他工作。

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
? Technical secondary school graduate or above in electrical, instrumentation and auto,
中专及以上学校毕业，电子，仪表及自动化专业背景
? At least 8+ years maintenance working experience in a chemical plant or petrochemical plant.
至少8年以上化工厂及石化厂电仪维修经验。
? Familiar with the instrument equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, such as DCS, field instrument，control valve, analyzer; familiar with electrical equipment inspection procedure and calibration procedure,such as transformer, breaker, motor,UPS, and VFD.
熟悉电仪设备的维修和故障处理，例如DCS, 现场仪表，控制阀维修，分析仪校验，变压器的检查，开关，马达，UPS，变频器的故障处理。
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good relationship with colleagues and team spirit.
沟通能力强，良好的同事关系和团队合作精神。
