职位描述

Position:Sales Manager - Hardgoods (世界知名第三方认证公司)

Report to:Department head

Responsibilities:

1. Search for the potential clients, promote and sell our services to them.

2. Serve existing client base and address their ongoing needs.

3. Work in close coordination with various office managers in developing and servicing sales, pricing and marketing strategies.

4. Drive market research projects to identify market trends and potential new opportunities, market share analysis and marketing intelligence etc, with these inputs for further new capability R&D.

5. Develop strong business relationships with key suppliers or trading companies in Central China region.

6. Function as the speaker of the Hardgoods business and act as the key point of contact in Central China region.

7. Organize training/ practice to new sales;

8. Share, exchange experience / information within sales team;

9. Perform other duties assigned by Dept. Manager.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Trading and Marketing, Mechanical or a related discipline.

2. At least 8 years of sales and / or account management experience in the Hardgoods (toys, Children products, Sanitary & Plumping, Bicycle, FCM, Sundries) business.

3. Proven track record in sales and / or account management in similar capacity, engaging with large retailers, wholesalers, importers etc within Hardgoods industry.

4. Possess a wide client contact base and knowledge of sales trends of the Hardgoods industry.

5. General business knowledge of the Hardgoods industry in the China domestic market.

6. Knowledge in Hardgoods testing, inspection, compliance and European regulations on these products.

7. Knowledge in pricing strategies and structure in the area of testing, inspection and compliance.

8. Aggressive with keen interest on new business development.

9. Strong networking, negotiation, interpersonal and leadership skills.

10. Able to travel domestically.

11. Good command of English.
