This position is responsible for the day to day business activities and assisting in optimizing bottom line at the assigned Product or territories The product participates, sponsors the VT and assists Business Manager in developing the operational 1+3 BP including the target .
He/she interacts with sales offices/ regional business managers and ensure implementation of the monthly price policy, realization of the monthly allocation, follow up the daily order intake together with production performance and perform special assignment outside key focus area including product development, business cases, promotion, minimizing working capital, cost to serve and aging level at plants, overseas and local storage locations.

Key Accountabilities:
Assist in developing the yearly marketing plant to individual markets while maximizing profitability;--10%;
Assist in making the right pricing/netback decisions by market as well as allocation. ---20%
Tack and report market performance by country and region;---10%
Assist in allocating inventory to individual markets while maximizing profitability. 10%
Assist in the preparation and evaluation of market feasibility studies and project proposals.—10%
Monitor and understand market needs and identify potential opportunities. ---10%
Monitor competitors’ activities and do some market mix analysis.—10%
Monitor developments and trends in the market(such as production capacities, production, consumption, imports and exports)—10%
Conduct market survey and analyze market intelligence information. –10%

Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experiences in the relationship between business management, sales, development, supply chain and manufacturing and have specific experience in Amines, ethox and NDA plants.

Min requirement: at least 5-7 years in the same position in surfactant industry, very familiar with Ethoxylates,
