Job Title: Assistant Engineering Manager 工程部副经理
Reporting To: Quality & Engineering Manager
Location: Shanghai
Purpose of Job
Play a leading role in continuous improvement to existing products and develop special feature upon market and code requirements. Lead the engineering team to provide technical proposal and support to
business development.
Main Job:
1. Product Compliance
2. Product performance and quality improvement
3. Manufacturing support
4. Engineering
5. K3 ERP system
6. Project management
Job Specification:
? University degree with major in mechanical engineering automation or other related major
? Minimum 3 years experience in a company engaged in fabrication and final assembly at Sr.
supervisory or managerial level. Working experience in auto industry or construction machinery
industry is desirable
? Solid experience in fast and efficient problems solving and clarification of technical issues
? Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and influencing skills and a proven track record of
leadership and team player
? Can work under pressure and “Can Do” attitude
? Good command of English in both written and oral
