? B.S. Degree in Engineering with emphasis in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines or equivalent work experience.

? 5 years minimum experience in the design of drive axles, transmissions, undercarriage or gears, or a related Master’s Degree with 2 or more years of work experience.

? Experience in conducting and leading Capability Studies, Gage R&R (Repeatability and Reproducibility ) Studies and a strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control tools and techniques Experience with Simulink and/or other data acquisition logging and analysis software

? ASQ/SME/APICS certifications or other professional accreditation

? Knowledge of DMAIC, Six Sigma, Root Cause, 5 Why, and other proven problem solving tools

? Familiar with most Microsoft Office applications.

? Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, Mandarin and English

? Capable of a professional rapport working with Suppliers and Customers in the monitoring and follow up of prototype test equipment

? Previous experience with off road equipment

Based in Shanghai, potential 15 % travel (must travel Internationally)
