JOB RESPONSIBILITES
? Set up and maintain occupational safety related procedures
? support production and maintenance to conduct risk assessment, like JSA, risk registration
? organize annual legal compliance review and legal self-assessment review
? coordinate work safety bureau inspection and issues
? provide site level occupational safety training to employee to enhance their safety awareness, knowledge and skill
? coordinate the safety related certificate training on legal required
? conduct EHS orientation and safety training to employee
? maintain SCIP site EHSS VTA course
? Set up and maintain Safety Work Permit System
? develop safety program ( e.g. knife safety usage, hand protection, forklift safety etc.) to enhance staffs safety
? develop and maintain monthly EHS inspection program and ensure findings identified and closed properly
? set up and maintain PPE management system,set up and maintain portible gas detector management processBBS improving,
? as an administrator to set up BBS monthly report to indicate the BBS implementation, analysis the gap and continue to upgrade local BBS system
? organize the project SIA draft, SIA permit application and acceptance
? responsible for hazardous chemical registration
? lead to apply and maintain the safety production license
? coordinate safety bureau inspection and related issues
? prepare the safety report and deliver the report to work safety bureau according to INVISTA compliance and GI process
? support other function team to improve the safety


要求：
5years及以上化工行业EHS经验
英文熟练
本科及硕士学历
有注册安全工程师
