Responsibilities:
Delivery of annual sales target and key performance indicators
Proactively develop relationships with customers, potential customers and service providers
Understand China market and value chain dynamics for OXO and LAO in China
Design and develop a sales plan for product lines
Work with supply chain, finance and shared services team to optimize performance, risk management and territory growth
Adheres to company branding, compliance, environment and safety policies and procedures
Engage and network with global team
Requirement:
University degree or above, major in Chemical engineering, Chemicals or Business related discipline
3 to 5 years’ experience in petrochemical or chemicals industries
Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively with colleagues and customers
Effective negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated and energetic in developing new business
Proficient in spoken and written English
