职位描述
Position: Mechanic Supervisor
Report to: Maintenance Manager, Everest Project
Location: Shanghai SCIP Site
Main Responsibilities:
? Assist Maintenance Manager in building up maintenance team and in line with site vision.
? During project phase, support project team in engineering design, construction, commissioning job, for example, design drawing review and comments, construction quality inspection, equipment final inspection in vendor's workshop, equipment pre-commissioning and commissioning.
? During plant normal operation phase, lead the mechanical team in day to day maintenance jobs and turnaround jobs. Including but not limited to:
o mechanical equipment periodical inspection
o mechanical equipment troubleshooting and repair
o complete PM job as PPM plan arrangement
? Train and coach subordinates, including training plan development for mechanical technicians, skill training, evaluating the training effectiveness and maintaining training record.
? Manage maintenance team mechanical group, manage OT record, conduct performance review for subordinates.
? Manage maintenance workshop, ensure all the facilities & tools in workshop are keeping in good condition and ready to be used, and workshop house keeping.
? Manage maintenance contractors via maintenance contractor qualification, selection, evaluation.
? Assist Maintenance Manager in developing maintenance management procedure and Standard Maintenance Procedure.
? Work to achieve targets as set in the annual site profile objective while meeting 10,000% compliance and through a MBM cultured organization.
? Complete the job assigned by supervisor.
Main Requirements:
? Familiar with the rotating equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, such as reciprocate compressor, API pumps, ISO pumps, familiar with static equipment repair procedure, such as pressure vessel and pressure pipeline, safety relieve valve calibration, stop leak on line.
? At least 8 years working experience in maintenance / reliability in a chemical plant or oil refinery, of which at least 2 years were supervising roles in maintenance / reliability.
? Fluent English speaking and writing.
? Bachelor degree
Knowledge & Skills Preferred:
? Master degree holder.
