Position: China Sales engineer, Nuclear -World Famous Manufacturing Company
Report to: Sales manager
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
Responsible for develop sales for the nuclear power industry in China for the coming 10 years.
Sound tracking on nuclear power plants projects in China
Build up customers’ relationship database and to search for undeveloped customers
To make proper spec-in with design institutes with the assistance from technical department.
To achieve sales target as set up per year
To achieve target of commercial margin as set up per year
Able to conduct negotiation and review terms and conditions of contracts
To monitor, supervise consultants and to build up agents/distribution networks if necessary
To reflect market information in a way to build up "market intelligence"
To make proper monthly reporting, to update sales database on monthly basis, to make customers visit report and quarterly business plan.
Actual achievement in terms of invoiced sales as per annual sales targets
Development of customers database including power plants, design institutes, BINE, National Security, etc
Achievements on commercial margin per each of the contracts being awarded
Proper reporting - update of sales database, monthly agenda, customers reports, monthly reports
Proper sales tactics and approach per each of the projects
Flexibilities in acceptance of different jobs being assigned by Supervisors
Co-operation within departments to achieve maximum efficiency among departments


Requirements
Major in Electrical Engineering, or Cable related subjects or nuclear related subjects
Good English and Mandarin
Technical oriented, proper project planning, effective presentation and communication skills, willingness to work with team and leadership to supervise consultant kills, willing to work with team members.
Min 5 years experiences in cable industry or nuclear power plants
Project management experiences
International Assignment Experience is prefer
