职位描述
Responsibility:
- Research and development of integrated e-drive system for e-scooter
- Evaluation and test of e-drive systems and components for e-scooters
- Evaluation and reporting about emerging technologies and technological trends in China
- Collaboration with internal and external partners (Universities and e-scooter manufacturers)
Requirements:
-Master degree or PhD (preferred) in electrical / mechanical engineering
- More than 3 yrs (Preferred: 5 yrs) research/development experience (including the period of PhD education) in electric drives and mechanical transmissions at university and/or in industry
- Preferred: R&D experience in the Chinese automotive or e-scooter industry
- Deep knowledge of e-scooter market and technology trends in the industry (electric motors and gears)
- Experience with reducer gears, in-wheel-drives/wheel-hub-motors, or e-motor/gear integrated designs
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated team-worker
- Ability to work independently and systematically
- Ability to develop new concepts and plans for development work, experience in project work
- Good communication skills in English (oral and written), good presentation skills, German a plus but not required
