Job description
- Research and development regarding the cell chemistry of Li-ion batteries
- Analysis and development of electrode materials, electrolytes and binders for Li-ion electrochemical cells
- Report on and evaluate emerging technologies and technological trends of Li-ion batteries in China
- Collaboration with internal partner and external partner (Chinese research institutes and universities)
- Planning and administration of work packages
Required knowledge competencies and attributes
- PhD degree in electro chemistry, chemistry, chemical engineering or polymer
(polymer is preferred but not a MUST)
- At least 3-year research experience in Li-ion batteries
- Strong information analytical skill
- Ability to develop new concepts and plans for research works
- Ability to work independently and systematically
- Good communication skills both internally and externally
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
