Job Discription:
The Cross Business Representative role will provide technical and product information in a contact center environment on behalf of company and their current and potential customers. CBRs respond to phone and electronic requests from customers and prospects for product and service information across all businesses and functions. Request types include technical information, samples, literature (MSDS, TDS, SS, and Product Brochures) pricing, product availability, and other general information.
Requirements:
工作1-3年（2012年毕业生也可）
精通日语，英语熟练
化工相关工作更佳
良好的沟通能力
