职位描述
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead the cross-functional Engine Program(s) towards Corporate business targets (e.g. MSS, R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance & Quality)
2. Take responsibility to fulfill program business targets and report to local and global Product Board for approval
3. Balance business equation (volume, price, investment, cost, attributes) towards internal (vehicle lines) and external (non Company) customers within decided frames (Product Board)
4. Engine program often include installation in vehicle and gearbox, in total referred to as "Powertrain" or "Powertrain as installed".
Qualification:
1. University degree, Master of Science or better.
2. Documented experience from automotive engine development (R&D)
3. Documented experience in automotive program management
4. Documented experience in automotive business or strategy
5. Documented experience in leading people
6. Experience from automotive marketing & sales is a bonus
7. Excellent leadership skills and business tactics
8. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
9. Minimum 5 years of experience from automotive OEM.
10. Minimum 10 years of experience from automotive indu
