管理研发部门在中国（亚洲）的专利系统
在管理专利方面协助业务部门
关注竞争对手（和大学）的产品以支持业务部门
Principal Accountabilities ( % of time, What, How and Why) / 主要职责（时间、工作内容的分配）
1/( 5%) Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. 遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。
2/ (70%) Manage the Gypsum Activty (SGGy) patent watch system in China (this is a subset of the Global system managed by SGGy IP Manager). This includes carrying out agreed patent searches and report findings to the SGGy IP Manager; liaise with internal Technical experts on patent relevancy; provide additional information on patents when required. Support SGGy with identifying and then coordinating the responses to high threat patents. Regular reporting of progress back to SGGy IP Manager.
管理在中国的业务的专利系统（这是圣戈班石膏专利经理领导的全球专利系统中的一个小团体）。包括执行相关专利的搜索，向圣戈班石膏专利经理汇报结果；在专利相关方面与内部技术专家；需要时提供专利的相关信息。通过识别和协调支持圣戈班石膏研发专利使之提高。定期与专利经理汇报。
3/ (10%) Assist with the coordination of new patent drafting and filing in China. Set-up and co-ordinate an idea database for Gypsum R&D team in China.
协助支持新专利的撰写。建立和协调石膏研发组专利想法的数据。
4/ (15%) Provide research on competitors, univeristies, individuals in China when requested.
