Responsibility:
? Monitors and reviews political, social and economic trends and analyzes the impact
on company;
? Develops company public relations & marketing strategies, plans and policies;
? Broaden networks, develops and maintains close relationships with important
government ministries, media, associations and federations, customers, press offices
of other companies;
? Manages and develops solutions for critical company and product crisis to avoid a
negative or incorrect image;
? Utilize and create communicative events on a national scale to create a favorable,
positive image;
? Tailored the information from upper level to target group in timely;
? Monitor PR agencies and other agencies;
? Draw the line between company interests and those of third parties;
? Manages and trains public relations staff;
? Fully support his/her supervisor.
Requirements:
? Marketing Expert with PR experience, is thus familiar with journalists' and news
agencies' work routines and needs, or acquires this knowledge in timely fashion;
? She/He should has a secure grasp of the intricacies of corporate policy and of
business and technical issues ; good working knowledge of the company and its
products;
? Can be always kept informed of updates news, able to take a holistic view of events
and to compile information;
? Good manners, outgoing character, and an open mind; good negotiating,
communication and interpersonal skills;
? Well organized and structured, Flexible and quick respond to new situations;
? Chinese nationality, excellent English communication skill, German language is a
plus;
? Work on the basis of the company's values;
? Keeps to agreed deadlines under all circumstances.
