Responsibilities:
? Provide service & repairs to Automated Plasma Cutting & Pulse Welding Equip.
? Provide Process & Service Training to customers.
? Respond to demands from customers with regard to faulty or incorrectly installed equipment.
? Communicate with customers in a polite & professional manner.
? Work with the China Sales & Technical Team in the per suit of Customer Satisfaction.
? Hold professional service relationships with Distributors, OEM's & End-user customers.
? Operate with attention to detail when fault finding & repairing equipment.
Qualifications:
? Electrical Engineer.
? Thorough understanding of the plasma process.
? Preferred experience with inverter based welding or cutting equipment.
? Good communication skills & attitude towards solving customer issues on site.
? Can work well under pressure in difficult situations.
? A basic level of proficiency with all Microsoft applications.
? Attention to detail & good problem solving skills.
