This newly created role, reporting to the HR Director, is critical to the success of this new endeavor. In this role you will be charged with the responsibility of attraction of recruitment consultants to the organization. Liaising with senior management along with hiring managers you will take a multifaceted approach to attraction. Strategies such as online advertising, headhunting and campus recruitment will all fall under your remit. You will be involved in advert writing, screening candidates, interviewing, reference checking and offer proposal along with providing market information to the management team with accurate reporting statistics.


For this role you will come with 5 years related HR experience, with at least 3 years of recruitment management experience. Senior Consultants or Team Leaders from a Headhunting firm who are looking for a new opportunity will also be considered. You will possess strong recruitment methodology knowledge along with headhunting experience. Both excellent written and verbal English skills are required.
