职位描述

Responsibilities:
Product Profitability Analysis & Product Rationalization
Regional Pricing Management (aligned with global PM)
Analyze pricing and regional/customer product profitability
Check & balance pricing to meet profitability targets
Sales / Account Manager Interface
Assist with product & price inquiries, pricing negotiation, customer contracts
Customer visits
Management of internal processes & reporting
Interface with Sales and Demand Planning on monthly forecasting process
Participates in S&OP process to insure production capacity is aligned with sales demand and asset $ output is maximized
Drive the annual sales budgeting process
Coordinate reporting of weekly / monthly sales and overall business performance results
Co-owner of regional P&L
Contribute to the global strategic planning process
Member of the Global Product & Marketing Team


Required Knowledge

Knowledgeable in current and future policies, practices, trends, technology and information affecting entire value chain (raw material to end user)
Highly adept at quantification of businesses into numbers and linking to high-level strategies
Frame unstructured problems, develop approaches to solve complex problems and identfy core issues/root causes
Extract insights and implications from complicated circumstances using qualitative and quantitive analyses
Synthesize analytical output into concrete actionable recommendations
Commercial or technical experience in polymer/plastics field
In-depth knowledge of consumer goods industries especially consumer electronics
Expert-level analytical skills with Excel including financial model building and database manipulation
Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes
Communiations Skills:
Expert-level presentation preparation and delivery skills
Mature,logical and concise verbal/written communication with internal and external parties
In-depth knowledge of Long Fiber Thermoplastics, markets, products and applications preferred
Clear understanding of Ticona business and competitive landscape/offering
Functional Exposure:
Direct experience in at least two of three areas (sales, marketing and supply chain)
Geographic Exposure:
Work experience in China plus exposure across Asia & India
Negotiating Skills:
Can negotiate skillfully in tough situations in both internal and external groups across regions, functions and cultures
English Proficiency:
Proficient in both verbal and written communication
