DUTY
-Semi-autonomously manage product development design and work with other areas of interdependencies to ensure pro-duct development succeeds
? -Semi-autonomously lead implementation and resolution of implementation issues
? -Semi-autonomously develop marketing materials that are fully compliant and desirable to customers & distributors
? -Be able to autonomously conduct competitor, distributor and customer research as inputs into product development
? -Manage interaction with working level representatives of key functions - Distribution, IT, Actuarial, Legal & Operations
? -Semi-autonomously manage the regulatory and regional approval processes
? -Support the development of product strategy by sourcing observable inputs as directed by Head of Group & Health Product Manager
? -Developing understanding of key drivers of product profitability and pricing

QUALIFICATION
1. Education:
? University graduate (specializing in life insurance, product development or marketing preferable)

2. Experience:
? 3-5 years Life Insurance Marketing experience
? Developing knowledge of Chinese consumer, distributor & market
? Developing ability to manage product development projects

3. Skills
? Effective communication skills
? Fluency or working proficiency in Mandarin and English
? Good teamwork and collaboration with other departments
? Good computer skills in Microsoft applications
? Knowledge and experience of the life insurance product development process, including the marketing, distribution, systems and regulatory interdependencies
