职位描述
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Interaction with Customer/Distributor Management/Colleagues GC and East Asia (when applicable) with regard to technical service, training, symposium , presentation and to bring product to market
2. Technical service based on allocated customers (e.g. global & regional tanneries) and projects (direct & distributor customers).
3. Train, develop and coach other beamhouse technicians in the regional BASF team and at the distributors.
4. Support of the R&D group in Shanghai, focus on beamhouse segment, analyze portfolio gaps, guide and support value engineering projects of our current products when needed.
5. Develop processes, products implementations to meet effluent loads requirements, customer desires/needs for "cleaner beamhouse" processes.
6. Participate Products test marketing and later ensure product launch process
7. Propose and implement customer projects in cooperation with distributors and technical service colleagues to safeguard existing business and explore potential business opportunities, monitoring realization and propose corrective measures. KEY Team member advising/evaluating/formulating/following up Beamhouse projects in East Asia.
8. Being involved with tanneries and local authorities regarding effluent regulations related to beamhouse chemicals and processes.
