JOB OBJECTIVES:
To provide technical competence to A-KUA in the field of Isocyanate (TDI, MDI) applications such as woodbinding, furniture coating etc.
To leverage business potential in the region by R&D competence and support (product and application development)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To set up Isocyanate application team and competency at TRDC (incl. lab and pilot facilities)
2. To explore and identify promising R&D activities to enhance the Isocyanate application business at KU together with Marketing (prepare Phasegate proposals)
3. To be the ey link between A-KUA basic product Marketing, Production and R&D
4. To monitor competitor products and activities
5. To ensure know-how exchange and transfer among all regions regarding this topic
6. To support product launch of new or improved products
7. To contribute to safety and environmental standards of the Company


REQUIREMENTS:

1. PhD, or Post-PhD degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science
2. Above 2 years' Working experience in PU related filed
3. Good command of written and verbal English
4. Goo command of basic knowledge of chemistry and Chemical Engineering
5. Competency: Striving for Achievement, Communication and Interpersonal Understanding, Analytical Thinking, Teamworking, and Innovativeness, etc.
