SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This is a R&D engineering position to support design, Analyzing and optimizing products, assembly of gearbox related mechanical product.

DUTIES OF POSITION:
1. Design of Gearbox, assembly and fabrication engineering
2. Supervision & Coordination with other engineers on day to day shop assembly jobs and do research work.
3. Visit various coalmines from time to time, coordinate with customer and site commissioning team. Technology support to Marketing/Sales/Production.
4. Supervision & Coordination with other engineers on shop assembly jobs and do 3D/2D drawings/Products analysis.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
1. MS degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Knowledge of basic dynamic analysis of shaft and gear; good knowledge of GB/DIN/ISO/AGMA standard on industrial application; Familiar with Auto CAD, Solid Works and Ansys is needed.
3. Good command of written and speaking English;
4. 2~3+ yrs working/project experience in a multinational industrial machinery company or research Institute;
5. Field/Project experience on transmission equipment design or technology is preferred;
6. Rotating industrial machines inspection and troubleshooting; Hand on experience on test & measuring equipment and hydraulic and basic gear or shaft machine knowledge is a plus.
7. Good communication skill;
8. Good command of English both in spoken and written, CET-6 is required.
