Position: IO Market Executive- Mining & Cement -World Famous Lubricants Company
Report to: IO Mining and Cement market Manager
Subordinate: 0
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Strictly follow the company HSE standard in daily work
Sales strategy:
1. Suggest the sales strategy for the market in charge and defines the business plan mid-term (3 years) in cooperation with the sales department.
2. Work together with local sales to achieve sales target in terms of volume, gross margin and unit gross margin.
3. Provides the adequate sales & marketing training to the sales and technical service departments.
Marketing:
1. Draft the business plan for the related market. (market description, evolutions, competitors, Our positioning and objectives and the way to reach the objectives: sales and marketing strategy, marketing budget, operational marketing plan)
2. Ensure that the product range and services are in line with the sales strategy and will meet the needs for the coming years in the specific market. Suggest the product mix positioning (price, distribution strategy and promotion). Suggest evolutions for products and services defining the stakes, budget, timing and needed specifications.
3. Build relationship with OEM and identify the key projects.
4. Monitors the sales of the relevant market, compared to objectives and make regular reporting.
5. Create the internal communication tools (market binders, web site, brochures, documentations, argumentations...) as well as external (exhibitions, seminars, magazine articles, advertisings, professional association listings...)
Key accounts:
Negotiate with the key accounts in support of the sales department, and in cooperation with the Head office in case of international approach
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business Administration)
2. At least 5 yrs working experience in relative industries.
3. Lubricants and Mining industry knowledge is preferred.
4. Fluent in English, technical in Word/Excel/PPT.
5. Excellent on communication.
6. Good analysis and problem solving ability. Self-learning and self-motivated.
7. Good team-work spirit.
