Huaxia Supervision 华夏石化工程监理

2012 Bureau Veritas announced that they set up a joint venture with Beijing Huaxia Supervision Company to conduct in-depth cooperation in the field of engineering supervision and project management.
The Beijing Huaxia Supervision Company is one of the first batches of the supervision companies with Class A qualification approved in 1995 by the Ministry of Construction of the State. Its service now involves multiple areas such as project supervision, project management, construction management, project bidding, project cost and technical consultation. The Company has provided its service in a dozen of provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions and participated in construction projects on various devices and systems in petroleum chemical industry.

Responsibility:
- Supervise work under related professional supervisor, implement site work deeply, keep the completed checkup record, and report the issues and problems on time
- Join the checking for site materials, structure parts, equipments, witness inspection ect, and keep the record
- To urge the construction enterprises supply the supervising tables timely, make sure the authenticity, accuracy and integrity
- Participate in all the checkup work of supervisor project, keep the record completely
- Participate in designing, make the construction drawing checkup, supervise the work meeting and special subject meeting, and report findings timely
- Fill out the supervisor daily record

Qualification:
- College or above, major in Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Electric Automation, Automated Management, Material control etc.
- Good health and available for business trip / site work, comply with the arrangement according to the project
- Good communication skill、organizing skill and team work spirit
- Seriously, cautious, have responsibility and service awareness
- Be familiar with computer skills

工作职责:
- 在专业监理工程师的指导下开展现场监理工作,深入现场,做好检查记录.发现问题及时指出并向专业监理工程师报告
- 参与进场材料、构配件、设备的检验、见证检验，并做好记录
- 督促施工企业报送监理报表，并检验其真实性、准确性、完整性
- 参加监理项目部的各种检查工作，并做好检查记录
- 参加设计交底、施工图会审、监理工作会议和专题会议，积极发现问题并反映情况
- 填写监理人员日记及有关的监理记录

任职要求:
- 过程装备与控制工程、电气自动化、自动化管理、材料控制等相关专业，大专以上学历
- 身体健康，能够适应长期出差生活，服从公司调配
- 善于沟通，组织协调能力强，有团队合作精神
- 工作认真、严谨，责任心强，有较强的服务意识
- 熟练使用计算机
