Job Description
1. Ensure timely and accurate accounting reporting, in particular, monthly closing.
2. Administer the accounting policies, budgetary control and rolling 12-month forecasting function
3. Assist functional Director in preparing analytical reviews against KPIs;
4. Check expenditures against budgets
5. Manage cash flow forecasting and monitoring
6. Ensure effective internal financial control systems and processes
7. Implement compliance with international accounting standards, as and when requested by HQ
8. Resolution of internal and external audit queries
9. Other

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance；
2. Knowledge of IFRS/PRC taxation concepts and practice;
3. Good learning ability, ability to work independently, and financial analysis capabilities;
4. At least 5 years traceable experiences in Corporate Finance / Accounting, 2 years Experience in the Retail sector；
5. Patient & careful, reliable & good at communication, good teamwork spirit；
6. Experience in SAP is highly preferred；
7. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English；
8. Can work under pressure.

1. 财务、会计专业本科以上学历;

In 1996 Hella founded its first two Joint Ventures in China , in Changchun and Shanghai , to further develop the business in the Chinese market and show Hella's unwavering commitment to China . 2005-2006: 重组海拉在中国的业务 : 长春海拉和上海海拉电子实现独资；合并长春海拉和长春灯具研发中心；合并海拉电子和电子研发中心
