Responsibility:
A. Recruiting 人员招聘
1.Recruiting( release advertisement, collect and filtrate CV, arrange interview, reference check)
根据公司相关流程，开展招聘工作（发布广告，收集并筛选简历，安排面试及背景调查等）
2.Prepare for new staff on board
协调安排新员工入职事项准备
3.Support for formality management of exit employee.
协调安排离职员工手续。
4.Support to prepare for recruitment report, and various weekly/monthly HR report, etc.
协助制作招聘方面报告，以及人力资源其他方面周报/月度报表等。

B. Handle employee relationship issues 员工关系
1.Support for daily staff issue and answer questions from staff according to HR policies
进行员工关系日常事务处理，根据人力资源政策回答员工问题。
2.Support contract management, remind of probation & contract due
协助劳动合同管理，试用期/合同到期提醒, 并安排签署新劳动合同以及续签事宜。
3.Support the group activities
协助开展各类员工活动

C. Documents’ filling and HR issues whenever needed 文件归档及其他事务
1.Check & summarize attendance record and make reports by various purpose
检查并总结员工考勤记录，并依据要求制成各种表格
2.Staff record maintenance, ensure no confidential HR information release to unconcerned party.
维护员工记录，并确保人事信息不泄露给任何不相关方面。
3.According to the requirement of business, provide support for C&B, training, performance management and daily work of the other function in HR&Admin Dept.
根据公司业务需要，提供薪酬，培训，绩效管理模块以及其它人事事务的日常支持工作

Requirements
1. College education or above
2. Good command of English & Mandarin
3. At least 2years related working experience
4. Good communication and interpersonal skill
5. Good team player
6. Self-initiative, conscientious and reliable
7. Patient, careful, work hard
8. Result-oriented and quick response
9. Efficient computer operation skill
