职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1.To be the first point of contact for incoming buying customer enquiries and to process the enquiries in an expedient, efficient and courteous manner that satisfies the customers requirements and provides the customer with a world class experience.
在客户购买查询的第一时间点，以国际化高效的和礼貌的服务方式满足客户需求.
2.To enter and process orders to ERP and CRM system.
输入和处理订单到ERP，创建并维护客户信息到CRM.
3.To place purchasing order to factories and other suppeliers, to liase with Spirax-Sarco departments and European factories, as well as forwarder, to ensure the timely and correct despatch and delivery of products to customers.
下采购订单到工厂和其他供应商，斯派莎克和欧洲的工厂，以确保及时准确的将产品交付给客户.
4.To follow up the PO and Sales status.
跟进订单.
5.To handle complain, to resolve the matter caused by for error of product delivery and finance side.
处理由于产品交付和财务过失造成的投诉.
6.To report daily/weekly/monthly/yearly sales and order data statistics.
报告每周/每月/每年的销售额和订单数据统计.
Job Requirements:
1. Above collage education. Major in commercial or correlative subjects。
大学专科以上学历。 主修商业等相关专业。
2. Three years working experience in a similar field. Related working experience on customer service or relevant field will be prefered.
三年相关领域工作经验优先。拥有相关客服工作经验者优先。
3. Familiar with ERP and office system.
熟悉ERP系统和office 软件。
4. GoodTeam spirit and interpersonal skills .
良好的团队合作能力和人际沟通技巧。
5. Good oral and written english.
良好的英语口头和书写能力。
6. 已婚已育者优先。
