职位描述
Overview:
The incumbent is aim to provide in-house technical support to channel partners and end users in China. TS has three primary area of responsibility:
? Maintain and promote customer satisfactory by provide in-house technical support through email and phone;
? Provide SDK and program support SI(system integrator) and ISV (independent software vendor)
? Verify and escalate issue or bugs to 2nd line support team.
Key Responsibilities:
? Troubleshoot & technical issue received via e-mail and phone call.
? Analyze product technical issue and escalate to Quality department.
? Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly answering all phone call and e-mail.
? Limited program and coding support
? Limited pre-sale support
? Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Competences:
? Education Background: B.S in electronics/computer/automation or Software related background
? PC/Software/Hardware Skills: ( Familiar with at least one of C++, C#, Delphi, Visual Basic, Visual C++,JAVA.
? Familiar with Ethernet and WIFI protocol and Bluetooth protocol is preferred.
? Language(s): Ability to converse and write in English is highly desirable
? Experience: 3 or more years in software developing is highly desirable.
? One or more years working experience in system integration project. Solid experience in software develop and support.
? Good communicating and customer handling skill
? Able to work well independently as well as in a team
? Able to work under pressure
