JOB SUMMARY:
工作概述:
The change management (CM) lead will focus on planning and managing the impacts of the Oracle R3 project on people and guiding the organization through the transitions across all Zebra locations in mainland China, China Hong Kong, China Taiwan, Korea and Japan. The CM lead should understand the scope of the project and communicate this effectively to various teams involved in project specifically in China. Plan and execute on a communications plan for all stakeholders involved. The CM Lead should also be able to explain why the changes are being made and seek feedback from all impacted stakeholders to influence the communication planning.

Understand the scope and details of the project and communicate this to impacted stakeholders specifically in China

Develop program level messaging working closely with the US based project manager and the APAC Change Management Lead

Work with business leads and IT leads to plan for changes for their areas using tools and identify change adoption leads who will help communicate and embed the changes in their area

Work closely with the Training team to include process changes and ensure that the training will adequately prepare staff to use systems and processes after go live

MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Experience of managing change in large-scale high-matrix organizations

Fluent in English and Mandarin (as this role will require frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and distributors, in the Greater China region)

Ability to communicate with business users and the IT team
