职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
- To provide local IT helpdesk support and first level IT support
- To manage Helpdesk hotline/mail to meet committed SLA
- To perform Helpdesk Problem Escalation and Incident Management
- To manage desktop support vendor and have regular service review
- To maintain HQ and branch Patch Panel Room
- To coordinate branch expansion or new branch IT setup project
- To manage cabling vendors and provide cabling service
Job Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience in an IT helpdesk support position
- A bachelor's degree in information technology systems and other related field
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work and research technical issues independently if necessary
- Good command of English and Chinese language
- Good interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with a diverse range of internal clients
- Good knowledge of Windows and Unix
- Work under pressure and good team work
- Following certification is preferred:
1. MCSE
2. CCNA
3. ITLE Foudation 3
