职位描述
1. Establish and maintain production processes with necessary capabilities to fulfill quality and volume requirement
2. Ensure safe operating conditions in all business circumstances
3. Implement Robotics Production Systems principle in CNAUS operation
4. Optimize production facility with most suitable production equipment investment and preventive maintenance scheme
5. Develop Operation organization where Operational Excellence (Lean, Kaizen events, 6Sigma,etc) and continuous improvements are part of daily routines
6. Optimize internal factory logistics with stock accuracy, material mgmt practices and material flows
7. Coordination with SEROP and global functions to meet GPG target
8. Support GPG-SU 2015 projects and make sure to finish the targets on time
Qualifications:
1. BS Degree in engineering at least
2. Above 5 years experience with proven leadership in manufacturing operation role
