职位描述

Operational:

Defining operational and productivity targets within the action plan
Ensure operational targets and control with superior
Elaborating of yearly operational action plan in agreement with superior for his team
Analyze monthly results and initiate corrective actions
Carry out, monitoring of operational performance (realised days, reporting, service, productivity ratio, etc) to be lined up with KPI’s
Carry out monitoring of operating expenses
Develop / select and monitor own staff

Management / Leadership:

Lead and coach employees (individual development, motivation, assessment, feedback)
Recruiting, staffing, qualification, reviewing and training
Provide technical support to his team
Provide operational support by coordinating interfaces to responsible organizational units

Reporting:

Elaborate monthly reports to forward to superior (including market / competitors / customers / key events), this in line with the monthly report of the Business Unit Manager
Elaborate reports on field trips
Reporting of incidental key issues (for example: new developments within the business / products, client complaints)

Requirements:

Graduate level with focus on business or equivalent technical background
More than 3 years of experience in similar field and 2 years on managing position
Understanding of QHSE - processes
Good PC skills
Communication skills and business awareness
English skills
Be well-organized and can anticipate issues proactively
High sense of responsibility and team spirit
Be able to motivate personnel with leadership skills
