Purpose of the workgroup and the job:

Sales Excellence is in charge of driving the adoption within EPG (Enterprise & Partner Group) of Business Management (BM), Opportunity Management (OM) and Relationship Management (RM) processes/frameworks, the group works in tandem with sales teams, XTU leads, and all sectors within the subs to achieve consistency in execution.

The Program Manager is in charge of driving the adoption of the relationship management framework, providing strong virtual team leadership and orchestrating execution of key strategies and programs across the subsidiary/area including the local partners, services, sales and marketing teams.

Roles and responsibilities:

Build Relationship Excellence Framework for GCR based on best practices from other areas / subsidiaries including review templates, readiness material, reporting, etc.

Build execution plan together with the area with clear deliverables, time lines, engagement model, priorities, etc. Make sure there are clear and agreed commitments from all key stake holders (e.g. EPG lead and Sales Excellence lead in each subsidiary). Key focus areas are:

- Account Planning to manage the business engagement and make sure MS addresses the core needs of the Customer or Partner.
- Conditions of Satisfaction to manage the relationship
- Executive Business Reviews
- Services Engagement

Drive the deployment of Windows and Office through working with sales, partner and BG

Define and provide project management of account review, big deal review and win/loss review

Be responsible for RoB input on Relationship Management, i.e. provide insight for monthly and quarterly ROB calls as well as MYR. Be responsible for planning, commitment setting and target setting related to Relationship Excellence.

Be fully knowledgably of the GRS and ECS insights and identified key drivers
- Use that insight as a basis for the engagement with the subs: Ensure process exists for Key relationship/satisfaction drivers to be included as part of each account, and partner business plan.
- Use that insight to engage with area Sales teams (all sectors), PTU, BMO, and Services to define cross area initiatives

Requirements:
- 5 - 8 years of related experience
- Consistently practices exceptional organizational, communication, project management, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Consistently displays an exceptional understanding of enterprise/global enterprise corporate account sales needs
- Drives operational precision by active design of and participation in managerial initiatives
- 8 - 10 years of related experience is essential to the job
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) is typically required for the position and MBA or Master’s Degree is preferred
- Finance or business analyst background is highly preferred
- Candidates with tools experience of accessing databases / writing SQL, expert at using Excel pivot tables and using back-end systems are targeted
