职位描述
Responsibilities岗位职责:
1、Assess various HR practices across the SBU taking into account of the various company and geographic cultures within the SBU;
考虑各岗位的情况和地域文化,评估总公司及各分公司的人力资源管理现状;
2、Develop and implement a HR strategy that will introduce world best HR practices to the SBU with the agreement of the senior executive team of the group and in accordance with the SBU’s and group’s business strategy;
制定和实施人力资源战略,根据专业公司和集团公司的经营战略,在获得集团高管团队的同意下,引进世界最佳的人力资源管理理念;
3、 Establish an implementation plan that will set clear priorities in order to achieve significant changes in HR practices where it is needed most and will lead to short term improvements;
建立人力资源实施计划,明确优先事项,在人力资源管理方面实现优化,提高人力资源管理实践;
4、Determine a common denominator throughout the group and devise a strategy to form a corporate culture considering the various cultures that will support the business strategy and increase the performance of the whole group. Establish an organization development program and HR practices, systems and processes that will support the formation of a common SBU culture and drive the implementation;
确定整个集团的共同点,制定战略,形成企业文化,支持各种文化经营策略,提高整个集团业绩表现。建立组织发展计划和人力资源实践,制度和程序,支持公司文化的形成,实施并推动该计划;
5、Assess current management population, recommend changes where necessary and drive the acquisition of new leadership talent through external support;
评估现有管理人员能力素质, 推荐改革措施推动集团内新型领导人才外部引进机制;
6、Assess current HR community and establish a strong HR community across the SBU that will ensure implementation of the agreed HR strategy and drive implementation of HR best practices across the SBU;
评估所属企业人力资源队伍,在专业公司总部及下属企业建立较强的人力资源管理队伍,确保统一的人力资源战略以及人力资源最佳实践得以在专业公司得到实施;
7、Ensure the SBU’s compliance with company human resources programs and policies; interpret and apply applicable laws depending on jurisdiction;
确保公司的人力资源规划和政策相互一致,负责相关政策和司法解释。
8、Provide significant guidance on performance management and the development of the positive work environment
制定绩效管理系统;指导下属创造积极的工作环境;
9、Implement HR projects in the SBU according to the ChemChina HR requirements
落实集团公司在HR方面的规定和要求,包括推动HR相关项目在公司的执行情况。
Requirements任职要求:
1、Will preferably have a degree in either Human Resource, business administration;
具有人力资源管理、商务管理或相关领域学位;
2、Working English (fluent Chinese) would be a plus
具备熟练的中英文应用能力;
3、At least over 8 years experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a foreign enterprice within PRC.
8年中国外资企业人力资源领导经历,优先考虑具有外国工作经历者。
4、Proven track record of having introduced world’s best HR practices to a company across a multitude of sites and significantly contributed the change of culture and increased the performance of the entity
向一家跨国公司引入全球人力资源最新实践方法,为公司文化变化和提升公司业绩作出重要贡献。
5、 Proven track record of having established a strong HR team and HR community that have adapted and continously refined best practices and significantly contributed to the performance of a complex, multisite organisation.
建立高效地人力资源团队,持续推行最新管理理念,对复杂组织架构的业绩提升作出重要贡献。
6、Will have a significant professional experience and will have been successful in operating in diverse cultural environments. Experience in hiring and dealing with foreign executives would be considered a plus.
具有重要专业经历,具有成功地运作多元文化经历,择优考虑具有招聘和管理外籍人员的经历者;
7、Strong analytical skills enabling complex issues to be rapidly understood and explained in simple terms to others, and a range of potential solutions to be developed

8、A strong communicator with a clear and concise presentation style, who can convey, with consistency, a vision in a manner that is readily accessible and understandable to all

9、Highly developed leadership and influencing skills; must demonstrate the ability to secure buy-in at all levels within the organisation. Will be a charismatic leader, with a down to earth approach that empowers people while also supporting their development needs
