职位描述
PRIMARY PURPOSE
Manage the key processes of procurement with a team of subordinates and in coordination with both external
parties ( e.g. suppliers, authorities) and internal organizations (e.g business line sales & marketing, customer
service, warehouse,QA, Finance, etc )
ESSENTIAL TASKS AND DUTIES
1. Responsible for managing the procurement process from the stage of pre-purchase information gathering
(e.g. material information, license expiry checking, sales forecast) to the stage of (order placement, delivery
follow up,claims of damage & shortage)
2. Ensure that all operations related to procurement are done in accordance with the Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs) which should be constantly reviewed and revised with changing requirements.
3. Review performance related to procurement to achieve the KPI requirements and or set up new KPIs in
case have changes or renovations on process
4. Ensure that all operations related to procurement are complied with relevant regulations and laws issued
by customs, CIQ and SFDA (GSP)
5. Responsible for people development of subordinates under your charge
6. Responsible for communication with external customers and also staff within the company’s organization
with proper decorum
7. Ensure timely reports and information are given to superiors and management attention related to the
above area of responsibility especially related to financial cash flows to company (e.g. large payment of
duties etc.)
8. Other projects assigned by superiors and management outside the above job duties
QUALIFICATION,EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain operations (preferably in a Healthcare industry).
Strong communication (both oral and written Englishe), project management and problem solving skill-set.
Must be mature, reliable and hardworking with an attitude to learn and manage people.
Ability to establish rapport with customers and work with different functional teams to resolve issues
Must possess MS Office tools such as Excel, Words, Power point, etc. Experience using SAP esp for MRP
will be an advantage.
