We need to setup a team based in Beijing for a project. This is expected to be a several-year requirement assuming this current Oppty.


Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing
? Define the technical architecture, overall design and structure to the application and resolve technical issues.
? Ensure that all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented.
? Define the development tools and environment,
? Coach the technical team in the development of the technical architecture.
? Provide technical support and technical quality control throughout all stages of the project,
? Co-ordinate vendor services related to technology selection and implementation.
? Assists the project manager in estimating project costs and efforts.
? Assists management in assessing technical competence of developers.
? Provides technical advice and guidance to the project manager.
? Responsible for ensuring that the data model is adequate.
? Guiding the team is doing POCs and early risk assessments.


Skills Mandatory
? Good knowledge on Architectural Patterns and Design
? Expertise in building distributed and cluster based systems/N tier Apps in Java not single server deployments of N-tier Apps.
? Must have good understanding of system/infrastructure architecture like Loadbalancer, WAF, JVMs etc.
? Good knowledge on JEE and other frameworks like Hibernate, Spring, Web Services etc.
? Must have worked on Message Oriented Middleware technology
? Good knowledge of Database ( Oracle)
? Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences written and verbal in English
? Good working experience on Linux


Skills Desired
? Good understanding on CMMi level 3 process needs
? Worked on Airline Domain
? Worked on Weblogic/JBoss/IBM MQ
? Exposure to Messaging platforms


Experience:
? Min 3 Years of experience on the IT product development or ITES experience in domain intensive product on the technology mentioned above
? Knowledge and experience in Technology solutions associated with Airline passenger solutions is desired
